By placing an order with Anglia Tiles, you agree to the following terms.

Product Information

  • Tiles are subject to natural variation in shade, size, and finish
  • Customers must inspect all goods prior to installation
  • No claims will be accepted once tiles have been fixed

Orders & Payments

  • All goods remain the property of Anglia Tiles Decorating Services until paid in full
  • Prices are inclusive of VAT and may change without notice

Delivery & Risk

  • Goods are at the customer’s risk from the point of delivery
  • Deliveries are typically kerbside only
  • Customers are responsible for unloading goods delivered via third-party carriers

Liability

Anglia Tiles is not liable for:

  • Delays in delivery
  • Additional costs incurred by contractors or installers
  • Losses resulting from product variation or misuse

Ordering Guidance

Customers should:

  • Order sufficient quantities to allow for wastage
  • Be aware that additional orders may not match previous batches
