Refund policy
Returns
Goods are not sold on a sale or return basis.
Returns may be accepted at the discretion of Anglia Tile Centre and will be subject to:
- A 25% handling charge
- Any applicable carriage costs
All returned goods must be:
- In unused condition
- In original packaging
- In resaleable condition
- Within 10 working days of delivery/collection
Returns will only be processed once goods have been received, inspected, and approved.
*If the tiles were delivered directly via pallet network, we can arrange for these to be collected but this will come at a cost or you can arrange delivery back to us with your own courier. Costs for us to collect will be quoted at the time of request and is subject to change**
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Special order items
- Made-to-order products
- Non-stock or bespoke tiles
Damaged or Faulty Goods
- All goods must be checked upon delivery or collection
- Any damages or shortages must be reported in writing within 48 hours
- Photographic evidence is required for any breakages
Liability is limited to replacement of damaged tiles only (FOC).
No liability is accepted for additional costs (e.g. contractor delays or labour).
Important Information
- Tiles may vary in shade, size, and batch
- Tiles must be checked before fixing
- No claims will be accepted after installation
